Conductor  stranded aluminum wires.
Core  the conductor is  insulated with a layer of extruded PVC or  XLPE compound.
Assembling  two or more core are laid up with suitable lay, to form the assemble cable.
Filling  the assemble cable may be filled  with a layer of extruded PVC compound in order to fill the interstices between the cores and render the cable round.
Sheathing  over bedded cable is applied an outer protection layer of extruded PVC compound.
