Based on quality control management, the inspections of this unit are divided into three main parts:
1 – Inspection of the raw material
2 – Inspection during the manufacturing process
3 – Inspection of the final product

1 – Inspection of the raw material
The raw materials are purchased from reputable providers (approved by the QC unit) by the commercial unit of the company and after arriving at the company are stored temporarily and announced to the QC unit for the initial testing of the raw material. The results of the QC unit (approved or rejected) are announced to the storage section and the unapproved materials are reported to the chief executive in order to be returned.
1 – 1 Reinforcement bars
All Reinforcement bars are inspected by the QC unit alongside the technical specifications document provided by the manufacturer. Also, if deemed necessary by the QC unit, samples are tested further by the laboratory.
1 – 2 Cement
All purchased cement are inspected alongside the technical specifications document and are utilized if approved. If deemed necessary by the QC unit samples are further tested on different criteria such as physical, mechanical and chemical by the laboratory.
1 – 3 Sand
All purchased materials are inspected by the QC unit and afterwards are tested for: gradation test, soil percentage test, and moisture percentage test. If approved they can be utilized.
1 – 4 Gravel (aggregate)
All purchased materials are inspected and if approved are tested further including: sand equivalent test, soil percentage test, gradation test and moisture percentage test.
1 – 5 Water
The utilized water is constantly tested by the hardness removal machine, and is filtered for hardness and murkiness, also to further test the water hardness, the level of chlorine and PH levels of water is regularly checked by the QC unit.

If any incompatibility is observed in any of the stages, it is announced to the chief executive officer by the incompatible material form in order to be returned.

2 – Inspection during the manufacturing process
1 – 2 Reinforcement station
All weaved reinforcement bars are inspected by the QC unit based on the type of bar, size, the number of utilized bars, the arrangement of the bars, length and the space of collars, etc. in approved they are transferred to the molding unit.
If any incompatibility is observed, the necessary instructions for solving the problem are provided by the QC unit.
2 – 2 Molding station
All molds should be covered with proper release oils before the baskets are arranged inside them and for the molds to be closed. The stages of arranging the basket and closing the molds are continuously monitored by the QC unit and if problems are observed they should be fixed.

2 – 3 Batching station
According to the standard mixture plan, the needed concrete for the manufacturing of poles, is created inside the batching station. All weights and percentages are transferred by the QC unit to the respected operator and they are checked.

4 – 2 Concrete dumping station
The manufactured concrete is transferred to the pole manufacturing line through a dumper and is dumped into the mold with the slightest distance to the surface of the mold. The dumping, vibration, the evenness of the surface, serial registration, the production date, name of the producer and all related signs regulated by TAVANIR Co. are checked by the QC unit in all products. Also, the 7 and 28 pressure resistance test of the concrete is done at random.
5 – 2  Concrete steaming
After concrete is starting to strengthen, steaming starts and based on weather conditions the poles are steamed for a specific number of hours.
6 – 2 Curing and depot station
Once steaming is finished, the molds are removed and the poles are put into pools for 7 days in order to continue the curing process. Afterwards, the poles are set aside for 7 days in the depot station and at this stage water pollination takes place and after a sum of 14 days the poles are ready to be shipped to the client. The curing period based on the given date on the product is checked by the QC unit.

3 – Inspection of the final product
After all stages are over and before transferring all poles are checked based on appearance and surface quality and if the products are in agreement with the regulations of TAVANIR Co. they are moved to the storage unit.
Final tests on the products at different time intervals are carried out by the inspector of TAVANIR Co. or by decision of the experts in the QC unit.
